We offer an all-inclusive service. You will not need to do anything except review our work product, perform reproduction and service and appear for argument. Our associates will review the trial record, prepare and paginate the appendix complete with table of contents, isolate the issues that are ripe for appellate review, conduct the necessary legal research and prepare the appellate brief. Our work product is in strict compliance with the rules and mandates of the First Circuit Court of Appeals. All appellate briefs come with a complimentary copy of every case or statute we cite to.

On-Point has the in-house resources to prepare a cutting edge appellate brief for you. We have a nationwide subscription to Westlaw that allows us access to all state and federal caselaws and statutes, as well as a distinct jury verdict research database for determining whether a civil verdict was unduly excessive or unreasonably low. 

We accept outsourcing of cases from law firms nationwide, or cases from non-attorneys who desire to have our company prepare the brief and appendix for their attorney at a flat rate. If you are a non-attorney and wish to retain us, you must have a licensed attorney who is willing to accept a copy of the product from us. You will also be provided a copy of the product as well as a copy of every case or statute we cite to at no additional charge. We will not assist you without attorney involvement.
